Researchers found that exercising outside makes us feel better about ourselves than when we exercise indoors, and that the results of green exercise can be felt very quickly. You don’t have to go for a long hike up a mountain before you feel better. Even very short bouts of outdoor exercise can have a big impact on our mood.
