The seeker and the sought
As the mind and soul fought
Lost in wandering thought
Never was happiness brought
He, residing within, is heightened
Kindles the joy with heart lightened
Bending the mind towards the soul
As the path of dharma, ain’t no foul
O’ seeker, I am eternally within you
I’m full, I’m empty, I’m the absolute
Leave all desire, with Me within
Tat-tvam-asi, as I’m the resolute
Eternal peace, with radiant mien
As the Lord resides within the sapien
God’s blesses all creatures here below
Throughout the world where’re they go!
