? ~ The Sun… ??

You may sink into the cosiest

of rooms, calling it cool comfort

Making temperatures dance

on your fingertips—

I call it mere illusion, a mirage…

You may coat your face with

layers of polish and grease

but the Sun will sear them off

like molten lava dripping

till your bare face surfaces…

I do not escape to shelters

I stand where the Sun blazes

Vertical, blinding, merciless…

Why to meet anyone in shades

Why not under the scorching zenith

When Sun spews its fiery venom

All masks melt

All lies shatter

And the truth remains exposed—

Raw, unbroken, unstoppable…!

?~ Impassive Insensitivity... ~??

Heart attack,

Brain dead —

We keep inventing

New names for death

And I wonder…

When shall we declare

Impassive insensitivity

As death itself..?

English Literature – Poetry ☆ Poems are for the weak at heart… ☆ Shri Vishwas Datye ☆

Shri Vishwas Datye

? ~ Poems are for the weak at heart? Shri Vishwas Datye?

All along so I thought

The beautiful trees

The singing bees

Could not see ‘cause was taught

The deep blue sky

The birds that fly

Existed only in some art

The burning coal within

The desires so thin

Life was like this I thought

The real meaning clashed

When my search flashed

Knew why I was here brought

The music sounds sweeter

I feel no more bitter

Poems are for the free at heart

Now that I am not up caught

? ~ The Voiced… ??

We were one —

beyond breath, beyond sound —

where silence was our only language

We spoke in stillness,

our souls adrift,

caressing each other astrally

in a formless communion

No words were needed —

a thought was enough

to echo through eternities

Then she wished to speak…

to clothe the infinite in words,

to bind the sacred in sound

My ageless silence,

preserved through epochs,

was wounded at length —

and the silence bled

For love, once divine,

must die a little

the moment it transforms

into human chatter —

turning the sacred to mundane,

diluting the cosmic

into earthy cacophony

? ~ Life Never Stops… ??

Though a withered leaf may fall apart

and drift in the oblivion far away

Yet autumn never ushers its arrival

for a leaf that chooses to go astray

*

The fairest bloom may fade with time

their fragrance lost to the breezy air

Yet gardens hum a heavenly rhyme

their beauty shines beyond aura rare

*

A star may slip from the night’s embrace

yet the sky still shines with divine glow

For the life moves on with ageless grace

though tears may veil its tranquil flow..!

English Literature – Poetry ☆ डॉ. सुमित्र विशेष – विश्वास बादल तो नहीं…’ स्व डॉ राजकुमार तिवारी ‘सुमित्र’ – Faith isn’t cloud ☆ English Version by – Hemant Bawankar ☆

? ‘विश्वास बादल तो नहीं…’ स्व डॉ राजकुमार तिवारी ‘सुमित्र’ – Faith isn’t Cloud ☆ English Version by – Hemant Bawankar ??
(This poem has been cited from my book “Yield of the potentiality” an English Version of संभावना की फसल by Late Dr. Rajkumar Tiwari ‘Sumitra’.)
Hemant Bawankar

?

Faith is not a cloud

which gathers; thunders

and dissipates into water droplets

and loses its

very existence.

*

Faith is a sky

that can be seen

far away

from eyes

but, close to our heart

but, don’t surround

in the circle of

fraction of time.

But,

make it somewhat extraordinary,

So that

to whomsoever

you show it

He may exclaim

“Wow!

 What a wonderful offering”

*

Faith is nothing but sky

Which can be seen

From far away

but it is close to our heart.

But, don’t try to shackle it

By the moments of wheel of time.

Rather make it such a thing

That,

If shown to anyone

He is forced to say ‘Wow’

What a heavenly treat of celestial fragrances!

*

Then, keep the trust

Like your beloved

in your hearts

And keep sowing them

Without losing patience.

And

Nurture it with all your nutrients

of endearment

with water of your eyes.

So that it becomes a huge tree

Like that of a banyan tree.

Then enjoy its soothing shade

Sing a melodious song

Come one

Come all

And make this trust indomitable.

? ~ Potential Possibility… ??

In the darkness I behold a ray of light

Through closed lids, stars shine bright

Even in the darkest catastrophic night

A luminous spark remains a gentle sight

*

The blackness shudders then transforms

Turquoise green and myriad wistful forms

Countless rainbow hues emerge in sight

Dawn’s blush dusk’s soft whisper in light

*

Through unseen skylights hope pours in

Relentless quiet yet forever ready to win

For time cannot steal what effort gains

Nor darkness swallow hope’s true refrains

*

In all its possibility light finds its way

A persistent glow that chases the gray

Even sinister darkness is never absolute

For in its heart a spark of light is ever true

? ~ Elixir of Life??

“When the body tires, the pen heals.

When silence deepens, creativity breathes us back to life.”

Elixir of Life — a poetic awakening that stirs the sleeping soul and mends the torn threads of our existence, rejuvenating the entire continuum of life.

~~~~~~~~
Rest… hit the bed…
Remain in slumber…
Even if it breaks — keep lying…
*
Through the sleepy night…
Even if you wake up early,
Don’t ever touch the pen…
Such stirrings tear the pores,
Disturb the body’s wellbeing…
*
The lifeline fragments —
Rebukes of loved ones,
Familiar faces, subtle warnings,
The doctor’s counsel —
Unceasing, relentless advice…
*
After a few moments of silence,
I quietly rise, empty my mind —
Trapped in a cage,
Like a soul within a parrot,
Holding, like a mythical being,
My eternal life-force…
*
I lift my pen — the lifeline,
And begin to write… and write…
Letters fall like droplets —
Torn pores start resurrecting…
*
The body reconciles…
Life returns to the flesh…
With open eyes, I witness
A magical rejuvenation —
As my sagging soul
Becomes whole again…!
? ~ Eternal Slumber… ??
Nights drift by, shrouded in the memory’s haze
Winters of silence to summers of longing’s daze
*
Seasons ebb and flow, yet the old pain remains
Rains wash over, but the deep stains bring pains
*
From the frayed threads of memory, a spell’s spun
Memories tremble, whispers of stories yet undone
*
Your gentle hands unravel words, a quizzical gaze
I stitch throbbing heartbeats in love’s mystic maze
*
Each seam a vow, each silence a promise sealed
Holding it until the all the deep wounds healed
*
When memory’s last strand slips into endless night
I’ll cast away my façade, taking soul’s final flight
*
In eternal slumber, I’ll eventually find my final rest
Unburdened, cradled, forever in love’s sweet nest
