☆ Eternal Longings (The Bliss of English Shayari) ?

(Some couplets)

Heartthrob…?

How can anyone say that

Heart is in chest only…?

My fingers too throb deeply

Whenever I write to you…!

 ☆ Unhealed Wounds ☆

Wound is of the separated soul

So the pain is rather intense….

Silent lips are the sentinels

of the incomplete fairytale…

☆ Shattered Ego ☆

He lost to me but his gentle

conceding pat on my back…

Shattered my ego, my victory,

my pride to the smithereens..!

Lethal Glance

Was trudging along merrily

in the journey of my life…

Your casting a glance on me

made the journey go astray…

☆ – “The God Question” – ☆ Shri Ashish Mulay

Have you seen glass pot filled with water

where the fishes are colourful swimmer

 *

for fish is contained inside the pot

how really can he see the pot

all he can feel is that glass wall

holding together this water ball

 *

fish’s job isn’t to define the pot

for it is impossible of the task

fish’s job is to understand the water

pot’s job is only to hold that water

 *

but one day comes,

in a dream one fish awakens

going to the glass wall

all he sees many reflections

 *

revealed other fishes his tale

how the pot removed the veil

fishes bothered more about the pot

have to tread waters they forgot

 *

when they assumed they understood

why can’t we create says their mood

made their own pot inside the water ball

all it takes is just that invisible wall

 *

started living behind those walls

but forgot it should be of a glass

that’s when they became blind

for they were trapped in game of mind

 *

how similar we are to those fishes

existing in the water called ‘universes’

held by that glass pot called ‘God’

think twice when say ‘MY’ God….

☆ Who will ever see ?

Who’ll ever see beautiful sights

when you’re present there..?

Everyone will see you only in

the fair, who will see the fair..?

*

Where enchanting songs have

been enthralling for long …

Who will ever endure the

sombre tunes of silence there?

*

Hope not that your business of

liquor comes to a grinding halt…

Who’ll ever buy your drinks,

when her eyes are present there..!

*

Don’t make entire gathering

so inebriatingly senseless

If there aren’t any spectators,

then who’ll watch the show?

*

O’ Lord of the universe!

Your world is so beautiful,

But who’ll dream of You when

You are present there live..!

Infatuated Endearment… ?

If we ever get separated in the life

My heart will never be happy again,

Seemingly, it may start feeling happy

But in reality it won’t be happy again..!

*

Though he may appear unhappy

but in actuality, he is rather happy

While I’m not happy but I’d never

appear that I’m really unhappy..!

*

Never make my heart a makeshift

stopover of your fickle heart,

I know it for sure that your heart

Would never stay there for long..!

*

Yours is more of an infatuation

than the real seriousness about it

How can a huge tree ever grow well

in such a diminutively little pot..!

*

Too much of undue caring also

spoils a prosperous relationship,

If you start getting too much scared,

Then, oneday you’ll not feel scared at all..!

Wandering Enigma… ?

Whole life passed away in

Picking up the happiness…

Only to find happy were those

who kept sharing happiness..!

*

In this sojourn of life…

Lost sleep in such a way

That never could I sleep

Tired night only slept off..!

*

Everyday I keep getting

too surprised on myself…

There’s someone in me who’s

completely different from me..!

*

Whoever says that heart is

in chest only, is wrong

My fingers also keep throbbing

whenever I write to you…!

Shri Ashish Mulay

? The Grey Lights# 40 ?

☆ – “Mirror” – ☆ Shri Ashish Mulay

O you beautiful

use my eyes as your mirror

O dear look straight into them

and see nothing but a gem

see the gem that lacks nothing

life that means something

whatever dirt remaining

tears shall do the cleaning

don’t ask me about you

see it in my eyes can you

you won’t see a poor life

but a soul capable of rich life

you won’t see a desperate dishonest

but yet to be bloomed, the best

like a bud which looks sharp

before becoming beautiful flower

let the love ride your eyes

it shall make you rise

rise above the tears

rise above any mirrors

?‘नया शब्द सन्दर्भ …’ स्व डॉ राजकुमार तिवारी ‘सुमित्र’ (भावानुवाद) – New word’s reference! ☆ Hemant Bawankar ??

(This poem has been cited from my book “Yield of the potentiality” an English Version of संभावना की फसल by Dr. Rajkumar Tiwari ‘Sumitra’.)

Probably,

the vocabulary is ailing

from the jaundice

Knoweth not

where the

exclusiveness of words

has been lost?

It seems that

the vitiated environment

has impaired the

goodness of the words…

Now,

words do not have

good meanings too!

These days,

myself, Bhawani Mishra, or even if Bachchan!

shall not be able to build

the mansions of the words…

Alas!

What has happened

to this world’s tradition & values!

One is unable to survive

in life

If he is not immoral.

Just heard that –

Recently, Angel’s schools

have been opened

in South Africa and Vietnam…

Just heard that

Few persons (?)

in neighbouring country

are eager to maul

the chastity of the vocabulary…

☆ O’ Enigmatic Life…! ?

We are a huge shady tree that

is ever gratifying to the world,

Even, when felled and dried up,

it still is utile as firewood…

*

You must never ever throw away,

even the worn-out sheath of sword,

Who knows, tomorrow it may come

in handy to scare away the enemies…

*

Never ever sell your old run-down

house considering its debilitated state

Who knows sometime, it may turn out

to be your much needed sole shelter…

*

What’s the use of such a beauty that

just remains an object of yearning,

What’s the use of those poetic verses

that aren’t even worth reciting for…

*

Inflict me with such a deep wound

that never gets healed up in the life,

O’ Life! Give me such a perilous pain

that it becomes the medicine itself..!
